  • King Cup

The King Cup is an annual football tournament in Saudi Arabia that was initially established in 1957, making it one of the oldest and most prestigious football competitions in the country. It is open to all professional and semi-professional clubs. The tournament is organized by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and is played over the course of several months, usually starting in fall.

The format of the tournament has changed over the years, but it has traditionally been a knockout competition with teams competing in single-elimination matches until a winner is determined. The winning team is awarded the King Cup trophy and is recognised as the champion of Saudi Arabian football for that year, with the prize money for the winners and the runners up. Over the years, many of the country's top teams have competed in the tournament which has produced some of the most memorable moments in the history of Saudi Arabian football.
