It's official: Saudi Arabia will host the AFC Asian Cup in 2027! The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is fast becoming as a significant venue for the biggest sporting events in the world, was formally announced as the winner of the bid to host the AFC Asian Cup 2027 on 1 February by the Asian Football Confederation's 33rd General Assembly.
The Asian Football Confederation's General Assembly, which was held in Bahrain in the presence of the heads of the continent's federations, assigned the organization of the 19th AFC Asian Cup to Saudi Arabia.
